What you will do:

- Lead operational governance and execution activities across the Data organization to ensure consistency, transparency, and accountability.
- Establish and manage operational processes, service management practices, performance measurement frameworks, and operating rhythms.
- Develop and monitor operational KPIs, service metrics, delivery performance indicators, and business outcome measures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, automation, and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, Platform, Governance, and business teams to improve planning, execution, and operational performance.
- Oversee operational reporting, executive dashboards, performance reviews, and leadership-ready operational insights.
- Facilitate issue management, escalation processes, service reviews, and cross-functional coordination to address operational challenges.




- Establish operational readiness and transition processes for new capabilities, data products, services, and support models.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, risk management, information security, privacy, and operational control requirements.
- Drive standardization of operating procedures, documentation, runbooks, controls, and service delivery practices across the organization.
- Develop and mentor operational leaders and team members while fostering accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

- Deals well with ambiguity and makes sound decisions with relevant but not always complete information.

What you need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data operations or technology operations. 8+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, PMO, service management, data operations, or enterprise delivery organizations.
- 5+ years leading operational, governance, or business support teams.
- Experience establishing operational frameworks, performance management processes, service management practices, and organizational governance models.
- Experience developing KPIs, scorecards, executive reporting, operational dashboards, and performance measurement programs.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives in complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills / Engineering tools:

- Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, service management, or process improvement certification preferred.
- Experience with executive dashboards, operational scorecards, service reviews, and governance forums strongly desired.

Certifications:
- Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, Agile, or related operational disciplines preferred.
