Position Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Manager - Delivery Assurance to drive high-quality, consistent, and predictable delivery across the organization. This role combines strong Quality Assurance leadership (70%) with a structured Delivery Assurance framework & governance (30%).

You will be responsible for transforming traditional QA into a proactive, automation-first, and AI-assisted function while building standardized delivery processes that ensure repeatability, compliance, predictability, and improved business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Quality Assurance

Leadership (70%):

- Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with organizational delivery goals, embedding automation-first and AI-enabled practices.
- Standardize QA methodologies, processes, and quality benchmarks across delivery streams.
- Oversee the end-to-end QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Implement QA governance through periodic audits, reviews, and process adherence checks.
- Drive the adoption of AI/GenAI-enabled QA practices, including automated test case generation, defect prediction, test optimization, and automated documentation.
- Evaluate and implement modern QA tools, such as self-healing automation frameworks and AI-driven testing platforms.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing QA team with a strong focus on automation and AI capability development.
- Strategize AI usage across all Quality Assurance-related processes and drive automation quality assurance.




- Prepare and present quality dashboards to Senior Management.
- Strengthen stakeholder collaboration across Delivery, PMO, Business, and Technology teams.
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans using data-driven insights.
- Track QA metrics to continuously improve quality and productivity.

Delivery Assurance

Framework & Governance (30%):

- Design and implement a scalable Delivery Assurance framework to ensure consistent and predictable outcomes.
- Establish standardized processes and governance mechanisms across delivery teams, defining and enforcing compliance and quality standards.
- Strategize and implement the usage of AI to improve overall delivery processes.
- Build delivery dashboards and KPIs to enable performance monitoring and strategic decision-making.
- Introduce data-driven and predictive insights into delivery health tracking.
- Conduct governance reviews and audits to ensure strict adherence to frameworks.
- Analyze delivery trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a quality mindset across teams, working towards a better First-Time-Right (FTR) rate and sustained knowledge retention.
- Continuously improve the core factors that strengthen delivery assurance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Quality Engineering & QA:

- Strong expertise in QA methodologies, test strategies, and advanced automation practices.




- Proven track record of transitioning traditional QA functions into modern quality engineering practices.

AI Mindset in QA (Strong Exposure Preferred):

- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts relevant to software testing.
- Exposure to AI-enabled QA tools or GenAI use cases (e.g., test case generation, analysis).
- Ability to identify practical AI use cases in QA and drive organization-wide adoption.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Proven ability to lead QA and delivery teams in complex environments.
- Solid stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Analytical & Execution:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12 - 15+ years of extensive experience in IT delivery with deep exposure to QA leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in defining enterprise-level QA strategies and delivery assurance frameworks.
- Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, Agile, or AI/ML foundations will be considered a strong advantage.

- Quality & Delivery Outcomes: Measurable reduction in defect leakage/rework, improved First-Time-Right (FTR) delivery quality, and increased delivery predictability.
