Role Overview

- Own end-to-end accounting, book closure, and financial control
- Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance frameworks in line with Indian GAAP.
- Drive internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
- Maintain books of accounts on ZOHO
- Partner closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Build and manage a lead finance team (4-5 members)
- Support investor reporting and scale-ready finance processes

Ideal Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 5-6 years of relevant experience
- Strong grounding in accounting, audits, financial controls and strong analytical capability
- Lead monthly and annual closing processes-journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
- Independently handle GST,



TDS, Income Tax returns, reconciliations, and statutory documentation.
- Experience setting up or improving finance systems and processes
- Comfortable in a hands-on, execution-heavy role with ownership
- Startup experience preferred but not mandatory
