Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end branch operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of branch processes.

- Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests within defined TAT.

- Verify proposal forms and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

- Support business teams in policy servicing, customer queries, and operational issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.

- Maintain branch MIS, operational reports, and documentation records.

- Coordinate with underwriting, finance, claims, and central operations teams for seamless processing.

- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.

- Handle customer walk-ins and provide operational support to agents, POSPs, and channel partners.

- Participate in branch audits and ensure compliance observations are addressed promptly.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.





- 8-13 years of experience in insurance operations, branch operations, policy servicing, or customer service.

- Knowledge of General Insurance products and operational processes preferred.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
