Role & responsibilities
- Leading a function for Sortation Centre AND/OR Fulfilment center Operations
- Monitor Operational Metrics and functional performance to identify any red flags in the process
- Work closely with upstream and downstream functions to ensure customer delight is ensured while being within the cos guard rails
- Work closely with Logistics and Retail Operations Heads in reviewing and optimization of the distribution network.
- Work with External Supply Chain experts to implement global supply chain initiatives within Flipkart.
- Accountable for Planning, Design, Operationalization of recent optimized delivery networks and delivery flexibility with the help of central teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and operationalize Business process Innovation.
- Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals.
