About Position:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data platforms and machine learning solutions on Azure while ensuring engineering best practices and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines using Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Build and optimise data solutions on Azure Cloud services.




- Develop robust and scalable applications using Python and object-oriented programming principles.
- Implement and manage machine learning lifecycle workflows using MLflow.
- Create efficient data models and perform complex querying using SQL.
- Develop unit tests and automation frameworks using PyTest to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Work on data ingestion, transformation, cleansing, and preprocessing for analytical and ML workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow software engineering best practices including code reviews, version control, and documentation.
- Implement deployment and release processes using CI/CD methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimise data pipelines and machine learning workflows for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and drive technical excellence across projects.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or related domains.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Cloud Services.
- Strong expertise in PySpark for distributed data processing.
- Advanced programming skills in Python.
- Experience with MLflow for experiment tracking, model management, and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Experience with PyTest and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Software Engineering Fundamentals, design patterns, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.




- Solid understanding of Machine Learning Fundamentals, including:
- Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Algorithms
- Feature Engineering Techniques
- Model Evaluation and Validation Methods
- Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment strategies.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
