Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Packaging, Dispatch, Logistics & Transportation operations.

- Plan dispatches, coordinate with transporters, and ensure timely delivery.

- Manage packaging materials, warehouse coordination, inventory, and material movement.

- Lead packaging/logistics teams and ensure productivity, quality & safety compliance.

- Monitor MIS, freight costs, packaging wastage, and cost-control initiatives.

- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales & Accounts for smooth operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field.

- Relevant experience in Packaging, Logistics, Dispatch, Warehouse or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setting.

- Strong knowledge of ERP, MS Excel, MIS, transportation & vendor management.

- Good leadership, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
