Role & responsibilities

- Act as the global D365 Finance process lead for the Group.

- Lead and develop the D365 Finance team, fostering a culture of standardization, continuous improvement, and business partnership.

- Drive the adoption of standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations processes, challenging custom developments where standard functionality exists.

- Own and govern the global finance template, ensuring alignment across all group companies.

- Lead finance process harmonization and implementation across the global organization.

- Act as the key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT teams, translating business requirements into scalable D365 solutions.

- Lead fit-gap assessments and ensure custom developments are only approved where a justified business requirement cannot be met through standard D365 functionality.

- Lead global D365 implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Define Finance solution designs aligned with D365 best practices, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

- Drive business process redesign, simplification, and organizational change management.

- Support reporting and analytics improvements through D365 and Power BI.

Ensure compliance with internal controls,



audit requirements, ISO standards, and governance policies

Preferred candidate profile

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a strong focus on Finance.

- Proven track record in ERP standardization and business transformation initiatives.

- Experience leading global template governance and process standardization across multiple legal entities.

- Strong understanding of global finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, Cost Accounting and Financial Reporting.

- Experience in multinational manufacturing organizations.

- Strong capabilities in process harmonization, solution design, and business process re-engineering.

- Ability to challenge existing practices and influence stakeholders towards global standard solutions.

- Experience working with senior business leaders and global process owners.

- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Leadership experience in international and cross-functional environments, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.

- Willingness to travel internationally (20-30%).
