Role & responsibilities :

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions for real estate projects.

- Prepare schematic designs, working drawings, presentations, and design reports.

- Ensure designs align with project objectives, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct feasibility studies and space planning exercises.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

- Review consultant drawings and provide architectural inputs.

- Attend project meetings and site visits as required.

- Ensure compliance with local building codes, DCPR regulations, fire safety norms, environmental guidelines, and statutory approvals.

- Liaise with authorities and consultants for obtaining required approvals.





- Review cosntruction drawings and provide clarifications to the site teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch.)

- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, BIM, and Microsoft Office.

- Positive understanding of DCPR regulations, building by-laws, and approval processes.

- Strong design visualization and presentation skills.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
