OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / JWT

Secure coding & OWASP Top 10

Agile/Scrum delivery & cross-functional collaboration

AI-First Engineering – Must Have:

Hands-on experience with Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation & debugging

Ability to validate AI-generated code for security, privacy, licensing, accuracy & maintainability

Prompt engineering and reusable AI-assisted development workflows

Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering,



RAG & AI Agents

Experience following responsible AI / enterprise AI governance practices

Preferred Skills

U.S. Healthcare domain experience – Payer, Provider, Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Perks or Healthcare Data Integrations

Azure / AWS / GCP

Kafka / MQ / API Management

Generative AI solution patterns, RAG, Vector Databases, Model Evaluation & AI Governance

Relevant Java, Cloud, Architecture, Security or AI certifications

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop secure, scalable enterprise Java applications

Lead technical design discussions and architecture decisions

Build resilient backend services and integrations

Perform code reviews, production troubleshooting and RCA

Implement CI/CD and observability practices

Mentor developers and promote engineering standards

Drive responsible AI adoption across the SDLC

Pay: Up to ₹2,900,000.00 per year
