About Position:

We are seeking a talented Java Senior Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to lead critical workstreams and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and cloud-native technologies, with the ability to drive end-to-end solution delivery across strategic programs.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design, development, and successful delivery of application modules and workstreams.
- Define module-level architecture, design standards, and development best practices.
- Develop scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and support event-driven applications using Kafka and modern messaging patterns.
- Translate high-level business requirements into actionable engineering plans and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define solution approaches and implementation strategies.
- Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions to ensure engineering excellence.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices across project teams.
- Measure and improve engineering productivity through tools such as GitHub Copilot and related AI-assisted development platforms.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across development activities.
- Manage client-facing technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations, and design reviews.
- Support cloud-native application deployments and modernization initiatives.
- Design and implement high-performance integration solutions using enterprise integration patterns.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, performance, and operational resilience.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, infrastructure,



and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and engineering standards.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in Java, Cloud, AI, and modern software engineering technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience building scalable, distributed, and cloud-ready applications.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture principles.
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with GKE, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, and cloud-native deployment models.
- Understanding of mainframe-to-Java modernization and application transformation strategies.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database technologies.
- Solid proficiency with GitHub, Git workflows, Maven, Jira, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with SonarQube and code quality management frameworks.
- Exposure to Harness and modern DevOps platforms.




- Experience working with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
- Understanding of Camunda, Appian, or workflow modernization platforms.
- Knowledge of Vertex AI and AI-assisted engineering concepts.
- Experience working with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP integrations, and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives.
- Proven experience interacting directly with clients and acting as a trusted technical advisor at module level.
