Role Description: The Senior Interior Designer role at Archworkx is a full-time, in office position based in Chandigarh. This role involves leading interior design projects from concept development to final delivery, including space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E; specifications.

The senior interior designer will prepare and review construction drawings, coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors, and ensure design intent is maintained across all project phases. Daily responsibilities include client meetings, design presentations, site visits, quality checks, and resolving design and execution issues in real time. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, contributing to design standards,



and supporting the continuous improvement of studio processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong interior design and architecture skills, with experience leading end-to-end design projects.
- Candidates should possess space planning skills to create functional, efficient, and aesthetically cohesive layouts.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in interior design, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred.
