Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for commercial interiors at AirBrick’s Gurugram location. This full-time, on-site role involves developing design concepts, space plans, and detailed layouts that leverage both traditional design methods and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand business needs, presenting design proposals, coordinating FF&E; selections, and preparing construction drawings in alignment with architectural and engineering requirements.

The Senior Interior

Designer will work closely with architects, project managers, and AI specialists to refine designs based on data-driven insights,



oversee vendor coordination, and ensure quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, maintaining design documentation, and staying current with industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

- Solid expertise in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic commercial spaces.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, including circulation, zoning, and ergonomic considerations for corporate, coworking, hospitality, retail, and healthcare environments.
- Hands-on experience with Construction Drawings, detailing, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure accurate implementation.
- Knowledge of FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and sourcing, aligned with brand identity and project budgets.
- Advanced skills in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools); familiarity with AI-driven design tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in commercial interior design at a senior level is preferred.
