- Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E;)
- Soft furnishing and décor items
- Lighting and accessories
- Prepare detailed material specifications, descriptions, units, quantities, rates, and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers, and Site Teams.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and contractors.
- Prepare rate analysis and cost comparison sheets.
- Support vendor finalization and procurement activities.
- Track project budgets and highlight cost variations.
- Review contractor bills and verify quantities against actual site execution.
- Update BOQs according to design or site changes.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, BOQs, purchase requirements, and project costing.
- Suggest alternative materials or specifications to achieve cost optimization without affecting design quality.

Required Skills

* Robust knowledge of Interior BOQ preparation and costing.

- Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and execution methods.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel for BOQ preparation, costing, and comparison sheets.
- Understanding of market rates for interior materials and execution works.




- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity calculations.

Preferred Software Skills

* MS Excel – Advanced
- AutoCAD
- MS Office
- Knowledge of estimation/costing software will be an advantage.

Experience

3–7 Years of relevant experience in Interior BOQ, Estimation, Costing, Quantity Surveying, or Interior Project Execution.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following projects will be preferred: Hotels | Restaurants | Cafés | Banquets | Resorts | Villas | Clubhouses | Destination Wedding Venues | Luxury Interior Projects | F&B; Outlets

Educational Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or relevant qualification.
