Reporting To: Manager / HOD – Audit & Implementation

Location: Kolkata (Kalighat) / Client Locations

Role Purpose:

To lead and monitor end-to-end implementation of applicable standards across assigned client projects, ensuring effective project execution, documentation, training, audit preparedness, client coordination, team productivity and timely project completion. The role will also be responsible for supporting revenue generation through successful project completion and client satisfaction.

- Reporting, Planning & Productivity
- Handle customer complaints, implementation challenges and escalations effectively.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

Qualification: BTech

Experience: 5+ Years in Implementation, Auditing, Process

Knowledge on: Consulting or Standards Compliance

Personal Laptop Mandatory
