About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior HR Recruiter to join our core recruitment/staffing team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment as well as the candidate and client engagements.

Role Definition: Senior Talent Acquisition

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for Permanent, Contract, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing across IT and Non-IT functions.

Coordinate with the client hiring managers to understand requirements and execute effective hiring strategies.
3. Explore and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify candidates using various sources like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, Headhunting, referrals, job portals, ATS, and internal databases.
4. Manage candidate screening, technical validation, interview coordination, stakeholder management, salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and onboarding in consultation with management.
5. Recruit appropriate candidates for Vanilla, Niche, and Recent-Age Technology and functional roles across multiple domains.
6. Drive candidate engagement with care and ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
7. Maintain recruitment trackers to create recruitment dashboards, hiring MIS reports.
8. Mentor and supervise junior recruiters/interns, ensuring sourcing quality and productivity.
