Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance management.

- Handle grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner to maintain positive relationships with employees.

- Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR policies that align with organizational goals.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-8 years of experience in human resources or related field.

- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, particularly in IT services & consulting industry.

- Solid understanding of HR strategy development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement (employees at all levels).

- Ability to analyze complex problems using logical thinking.
