Role Description The Senior Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple sectors. This role includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing offer negotiations.

The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop effective hiring strategies, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Daily tasks involve using recruitment platforms, building and maintaining talent pipelines, tracking hiring metrics, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also includes mentoring junior recruiters,



contributing to process improvements, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment management.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, professional networks, and social media for recruitment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates, with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, hiring compliance, and recruitment processes across banking, insurance, technology, and consulting domains.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters and contributing to team performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior recruitment role within an agency or corporate workplace, preferably in multi-sector hiring.
