Founded in 1994 in collaboration with CST/Berger USA, CSTech is one of the world's leading manufacturers of surveying and construction accessories and tools. We run a vertically integrated plant in Noida - fiberglass pultrusion, plastic injection moulding, die casting, CNC/VMC machining, press and welding, powder coating and assembly - supplying OEM and ODM programmes for global tool brands. Role & responsibilities:

- Own the cycle from manpower requisition to joining for roughly 80 hires a year - about 50 blue collar and 30 white collar - against a committed TAT per grade
- Source through job portals, ITI and polytechnic placement cells, contractors and the employee referral scheme
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with HODs, issue offers and close joinings
- Run induction and onboarding, and complete joining documentation




- Coordinate exits and full-and-final with payroll
- Support the annual performance management cycle
- Publish the monthly recruitment MIS: TAT, source mix, cost per hire and offer-drop rate

Preferred candidate profile
- 4-7 years of recruitment experience inside a manufacturing company, not only agency-side
- Comfortable hiring both blue collar and white collar roles
- Has worked ITI, polytechnic or campus channels directly
- Strong on joining documentation and statutory onboarding
- Fluent in Hindi and working English
- Good to have: HRIS or ATS experience, contract labour familiarity, robust Excel for MIS
- MBA HR, or a graduate with an HR background
