Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with organizational manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions and requisitions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with HODs, functional heads, and interview panels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to defined recruitment TAT and hiring processes.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, document collection,



and joining formalities.
- Track offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and recruitment TAT.
- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support background verification, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
- Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and provide hiring updates to management.
