Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to join our recruitment consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment, managing client requirements, guiding junior recruiters, and ensuring timely closures across IT and Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Understand client requirements and Job Descriptions (JDs) thoroughly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary expectations, and notice period.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Handle multiple client requirements simultaneously and ensure positions are closed within the agreed TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
- Coordinate with client HRs and hiring managers for interview feedback and selection updates.
- Negotiate salary and joining dates with candidates wherever required.

- Track offer acceptance, documentation, joining, and post-joining status.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy / staffing / talent acquisition.




- Experience handling IT and/or Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Valuable knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under targets.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics such as TAT, submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
- Team-handling experience will be an added advantage.

- Number of profiles sourced and shortlisted.
- Interview line-ups.
- Selections and offer conversions.
- Monthly joinings.
- Client-wise closure/TAT.
- Candidate follow-up and retention.
- Team productivity, where applicable.

Preferred Candidate A proactive, energetic, and result-oriented recruiter who can independently handle client requirements while also supporting and mentoring the recruitment team.

Compensation

Salary: ₹25000 per month + Incentives

Incentives: Based on recruitment performance and successful joinings.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
