Full Shri Sabhari Metallurgical (INDIA) Limited is hiring an experienced Senior HR Executive for our manufacturing unit in Gummidipoondi. This role requires hands-on experience in plant-level HR operations, statutory compliance, and factory licensing.

Key Responsibilities

- Statutory Compliance & Licensing: Handle end-to-end compliance under the Factories Act, ESI, PF, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act, and Bonus Acts. Manage renewals and paperwork for Factory Licenses, PCB consents, and Fire NOCs. Maintain statutory registers and coordinate labor department inspections.
- Factory Administration: Oversee daily time-office operations, attendance, leave records, shift management, and monthly wage/overtime calculations. Direct supervision of plant security,



housekeeping, and canteen operations.
- Contractor & Labor Management: Manage contract labor records, gate passes, and contractor compliance. Handle worker grievances and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
- Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard operators, skilled labor, and technical plant staff.

Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 7 years in a factory/manufacturing environment (Mandatory).
- Skills: Solid expertise in Tamil Nadu Factory Rules, statutory compliance, and licensing.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, MSW, or Labor Laws.
- Languages: Proficiency in Tamil (essential for floor communication) and English.
- Software: Knowledge of MS Office, Tally/ERP, and Biometric attendance systems.
