Job Summary:

AARS Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Head to lead our operations and oversee the end-to-end execution of exhibition stands and event projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project execution, team leadership, vendor management, fabrication, logistics, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Operations & Project Execution team.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of exhibition stands and event projects.

- Plan and monitor project timelines, manpower, materials, logistics, production, installation, and dismantling.

- Coordinate effectively with Sales, Design, Production, Procurement, Accounts, clients, vendors, and contractors.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

- Manage fabrication, transportation, logistics, and in office execution.

- Monitor project costs, vendor performance, and resource utilization.

- Handle multiple domestic and international exhibition projects simultaneously.

- Resolve site-level issues, last-minute changes, and execution challenges efficiently.

- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes and SOPs.

- Lead, train, and improve the performance of the operations team.





- Travel to exhibition venues and project sites as required.

Requirements:

- 510 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or related roles.

- Experience in exhibition stand construction, events, fabrication, interior fit-outs, or similar industries preferred.

- Strong leadership, project management, vendor management, and negotiation skills.

- Good understanding of fabrication, carpentry, electrical, printing, branding, logistics, and installation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.

- Willingness to travel for project execution.
