Job Overview

We are hiring a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who is proficient in Canva and skilled in creating high-impact visuals for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and presentations. The ideal candidate should have solid design expertise, a good understanding of branding, and the ability to use AI tools to improve creative workflows while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality social media creatives, advertisements, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva.
- Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or Midjourney for creative ideation and design asset generation.
- Maintain consistent branding across all digital and print designs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and web teams to deliver engaging visual content.
- Design and customize templates and creative assets for internal and external communications.
- Optimize designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, and print materials.




- Review and improve existing designs to ensure professional quality and brand alignment.
- Guide junior designers and provide creative feedback when required.
- Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

- 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Canva with a strong understanding of design layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in branding, marketing creatives, and digital design.
- Basic to advanced familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and asset generation.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing professional graphic design work is mandatory.

Bonus Skills

- Experience in short-form video editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising formats and design best practices.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design software.
- Understanding of marketing principles and brand development.
- Experience in mentoring or reviewing the work of junior designers.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
