About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer – Digital & Creative to manage and execute digital creative requirements across campaigns, product promotions, events and marketing initiatives.

The role will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, reels, social media creatives, emailers and other digital assets while working closely with the Marketing team and other designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, emailers, digital creatives and marketing artwork .
- Develop and maintain a Digital Content Calendar in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Track the content calendar and ensure timely execution of planned creative campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, idea boards and visual directions for product launches, events, promotions and digital campaigns.
- Create high-quality artwork and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to get creative concepts reviewed and approved.
- Work closely with other designers to coordinate and distribute creative requirements effectively.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand campaign objectives and creative requirements.
- Review campaign performance and gather inputs on what is working and what needs improvement.




- Adapt and improve creatives based on campaign insights, feedback and audience response.
- Stay updated with current digital design trends, social media formats, visual communication trends and creative best practices .
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Digital Creative Development .
- Experience in creating social media creatives, reels, emailers and digital campaigns .
- Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, layouts, colour theory and visual composition .
- Ability to convert marketing briefs into effective creative concepts.
- Robust coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with Marketing and Design teams.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital content requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, Creative Agencies, Branding, E-commerce, Consumer Brands or Corporate Marketing environments will be preferred.

Portfolio of previous creative/digital work is mandatory.
