About the Role

We are looking for a Senior GBP & Listings Specialist who can take ownership of Google Business Profile operations for large enterprise accounts, including brands with thousands of locations.

You will be responsible for bulk listing operations, resolving complex GBP issues, maintaining listing accuracy, monitoring local SEO performance, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, claim, verify, and optimise Google Business Profiles at scale
- Handle GBP suspensions, reinstatements, verification issues, duplicates, and ownership transfers
- Manage NAP, business hours, categories, attributes, menus, services, and photos
- Handle new store openings, relocations, temporary closures, and special hours
- Manage listings across Apple Business Connect, Bing Places, and other directories
- Conduct local SEO,



keyword, category, and competitor audits
- Track rankings, views, calls, direction requests, and website clicks
- Monitor user-suggested edits, spam edits, and competitor listing abuse
- Work with product teams on store locator pages, schema, and GBP data alignment
- Mentor junior executives and act as an escalation point for complex GBP issues

Must-Have

- 2–4 years of hands-on Google Business Profile experience
- Experience managing multi-location brands, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment
- Strong experience resolving GBP suspensions, verification failures, and duplicate listings
- Good understanding of GBP guidelines and local ranking factors
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and bulk upload formats
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail and ownership

Positive to Have

- Apple Business Connect / Bing Places experience
- Familiarity with GBP API-based platforms such as Famepilot, Yext, Birdeye, Uberall, Moz Local, etc.
- Exposure to Google Search Console, GA4, or Looker Studio
- Experience working with QSR, retail, banking, or healthcare brands
