Role Description As a Senior Graphic Designer at 360 Brand Club, you will lead the creation of visual concepts and design systems for brand campaigns, digital assets, and print materials. You will collaborate with strategy, content, and marketing teams to translate brand guidelines into compelling designs for logos, social media, websites, presentations, and promotional collateral.

Daily responsibilities include developing and refining branding elements, selecting typography, preparing production-ready files, and overseeing quality and consistency across deliverables. You will mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback,



and contribute to creative direction in client presentations and internal reviews. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse visual solutions.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including the development of brand identities and style guides.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both digital and print media.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar software).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts to clients or stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or branding environment and familiarity with 360-degree marketing campaigns is an advantage.
