About the Role

We are looking for experienced Senior Full Stack Engineers with strong expertise in React.js, SQL, and Microsoft technologies , along with relevant Marketing Domain experience .

The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing enterprise software applications for large corporate marketing functions , particularly solutions supporting corporate marketing event planning and management .

Candidates who have previously worked on Microsoft projects will be preferred; however, this is not mandatory.

Mandatory Skills

- 7–10+ years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js / ReactJS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases
- Positive familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack
- Hands-on experience designing or developing software applications supporting corporate marketing events/marketing event planning
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development
- Experience with API integrations and backend services
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Marketing Domain Experience – Mandatory This requirement specifically seeks candidates who understand how marketing events are planned and managed within large corporate organizations .

Candidates should preferably have experience designing, developing, enhancing,



or supporting applications that facilitate areas such as:

- Corporate marketing event planning
- Event creation and scheduling
- Event registration and attendee management
- Invitations and communications
- Campaign/event coordination
- Venue and event logistics
- Event calendars and scheduling
- Stakeholder and participant management
- Event approval workflows
- Budget or expense tracking related to events
- Marketing event data and reporting
- Post-event tracking and analytics
- Integration of event applications with other enterprise systems

Candidates should be able to explain the marketing event business process and how the application they worked on supported the corporate marketing team.

Microsoft Stack Familiarity

Experience or familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as the following would be advantageous:

- C# / .NET / .NET Core

- Azure DevOps
- REST APIs

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using React.js
- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable frontend components
- Work with SQL databases and enterprise data models




- Develop and integrate applications with backend services and APIs
- Understand business requirements related to corporate marketing event planning and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and enhance features supporting marketing event planning and management processes
- Participate in solution design, architecture, and technical discussions
- Integrate applications with relevant enterprise and third-party systems
- Troubleshoot complex application, database, and integration issues
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, QA engineers, and development teams
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working on Microsoft projects is highly preferred but not mandatory
- Experience developing enterprise applications for large corporate organizations
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Important Screening Criteria Candidates must be able to clearly explain:
- The corporate marketing event application they worked on
- How marketing events were planned and managed through the application
- Key modules/features they personally designed or developed
- Their individual technical contribution
- Technology stack used
- Duration of relevant Marketing Domain experience
