Senior Full Stack Lead Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Lead Developer to design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade applications while leading a team of talented engineers.

This is a player-coach role where you will actively contribute to production development while mentoring the team, driving architectural decisions, and ensuring engineering excellence across the technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications across the full stack.
- Write clean, well-tested, production-quality code using Python, Java, and JavaScript/Node.js.
- Build high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Java frameworks.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js and MERN stack.
- Design and implement asynchronous, event-driven workflows using RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar message queues.
- Own application architecture, including system design, component boundaries, data models, and integration patterns.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and drive technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to plan sprints, estimate work, and deliver features on schedule.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure application performance, scalability, and availability.
- Evaluate technologies and make pragmatic build-vs-buy and architectural decisions.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and software quality standards.
- Participate in pre-sales activities,



including solution architecture and proposal responses.
- Quickly learn and apply Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 2 years leading a development team.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and Java.
- Strong experience building APIs and microservices using FastAPI.
- Robust front-end development skills with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component design.
- Solid experience with the MERN stack MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
- Practical experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar messaging technologies.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, including:

- Microservices

- API design

- Design patterns

- Scalability

- Caching

- Data modeling
- Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical delivery with team leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Experience with performance tuning and application security best practices.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
