Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs.

- Develop, test, and deploy new features with a focus on quality and speed.

- Contribute to product enhancements and deliver releases on a weekly or daily basis.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with customers, product teams, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Focus on delivering intuitive and developer-friendly applications that enhance user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in software development using Java and related technologies.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.

- Experience in frontend development using React.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and backend service development.





- Good understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and scalable application architecture.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivering business value.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented Agile environment.

Preferred / Good to Have

- Experience with Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, or Aerospike.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience working on enterprise-grade applications or financial services platforms.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps practices.

- Experience building internal platforms, SDKs, or developer productivity tools.

- Understanding of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
