We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and build scalable, production-grade web applications and SaaS platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, cloud and deployment, with the ability to take ownership of features from development through deployment and production support.

You will work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, Data and AI teams to design, develop, deploy and maintain reliable, secure and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

- Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Build reusable and scalable UI components.
- Work with Redux or equivalent state-management frameworks.
- Implement responsive UI, frontend validation, error handling and performance optimization.
- Ensure browser compatibility, security and a good user experience.

Backend Development
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop and maintain REST APIs and integrate third-party/internal APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC and API security.
- Develop business logic and service-layer architecture.
- Handle asynchronous workflows, error handling, retries and failure recovery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize backend performance.

Database & Data Management
- Design and optimize databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB.
- Develop efficient queries, schemas, indexes and transactions.
- Work with large-scale data and optimize application performance.
- Experience with Redis/caching will be an advantage.

SaaS & Application Development
- Develop and maintain scalable SaaS/product-based applications.




- Work on multi-user and multi-tenant application architectures.
- Implement role-based access, audit logging and usage tracking.
- Build workflow-driven applications with focus on scalability, reliability and security.
- Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

Cloud & Deployment
- Containerize applications using Docker.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.
- Experience with AWS S3 or similar object storage.
- Work in Linux-based environments and support application deployment.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD and infrastructure improvements.

Production Support & Engineering Practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Implement logging, monitoring and error-handling mechanisms.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable and testable code.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features from development to production.

Required Skills

Must Have:

- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization and API security.




- Hands-on experience with at least one of PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
- Experience with Git and Docker.
- Experience working on production applications.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving and system-design skills.
- Ability to independently own and deliver features.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
