Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance/Insurance Business Analyst with 12+ years of overall experience and robust expertise in Finance Business Analysis, financial processes, and technology-driven transformation.

The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting finance process improvements, reporting, reconciliation, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and analyze finance processes, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Work on premium invoicing, cash allocation, broker collections, and reconciliation.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation.
- Define workflows for payment matching, suspense accounts, and financial reconciliation.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to improve AR reporting and DSO.
- Analyze financial reports, ageing, collections, and reconciliation data.
- Support data quality, data lineage, and integration between finance and insurance systems.
- Perform process mapping and finance transformation activities.




- Coordinate with stakeholders, development teams, and data teams.
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.

Must-Have Skills
- 12+ years of overall experience, with strong Finance Business Analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Finance transformation and process improvement experience.
- Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping.
- Credit control, digital payments, and reconciliation experience.
- SQL and Power BI report analysis.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Insurance domain experience.
- Workday Finance exposure.
- FP&A; experience.
- ERP implementation or transformation programs.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- London Market / Lloyd's platform knowledge.
- Actuarial Science concepts.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
