Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Senior Faculty who will not only teach but also mentor, guide, and inspire students. Senior Faculty members are leaders in the academic team, entrusted with upholding academic excellence, innovating pedagogy, and shaping the next generation of learners.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Delivery

- Deliver engaging, student-centric lectures with strong conceptual clarity.
- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum while maintaining teaching quality.
- Design and deliver practice sessions, assignments, and problem-solving classes.
- Incorporate technology, digital tools, and real-life applications into classroom delivery.

Mentoring & Student Guidance

- Provide personalized guidance to students for academic and emotional well-being.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide mentorship for competitive exam preparation.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.

Academic Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor junior/associate faculty and assist in their professional development.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators, branch directors, and subject experts to align teaching strategies.
- Participate in designing academic calendars, timetables, and schedules.




- Contribute to the development of study materials, test papers, and digital content.

Evaluation & Student Performance

- Conduct periodic tests, mock exams, and assessments as per institute standards.
- Analyze results to track student progress and suggest improvement strategies.

Research & Content Development

- Stay updated with the latest exam trends, syllabus changes, and innovations in pedagogy.
- Develop high-quality question banks, worksheets, and study modules.

Qualified Conduct

- Maintain a respectful and professional classroom environment.
- Address student concerns with empathy and fairness.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations on student/parent grievance handling when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s, any specialization, any branch.
- Strong subject expertise and problem-solving skills IN Mathematics and/or Physics and/or Chemistry and/or Biology.
- Communication, mentoring, and classroom management abilities.
- Prior experience in mentoring is a bonus.
- Sports background, penchant, and passion for sports are a major bonus!
