Role Description The Senior Executive role at Safexpress Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Tauru.

The Senior

Executive will oversee day-to-day operations related to logistics, distribution, and warehouse activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and safe movement of consignments.

Responsibilities include monitoring operational performance metrics, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving service issues, and supporting continuous process improvements.



The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, preparing reports and documentation, and contributing to customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

The Senior

Executive is expected to support team members, assist in planning resources, and help drive efficiency and cost optimization in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong operational management and coordination skills in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email tools).
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle on-ground challenges in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of logistics processes, transportation planning, and inventory or warehouse management concepts.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain sector, preferably in a supervisory or executive-level role.
- Comfort working in an on-site operational workplace in Tauru, with flexibility for shift or extended hours as business needs require.
