- About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior R&D; Executive to join our R&D; team. The candidate will be responsible for formulation development, current product development, product optimization, troubleshooting, trials, etc The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cosmetic/personal care formulation and third-party manufacturing, with a good understanding of raw materials, formulation techniques, stability, scale-up, and product documentation.

- Successful and timely completion of NPD projects.
- Formulation quality, stability, and performance.
- Effective troubleshooting and resolution of formulation issues.
- Accuracy and completeness of R&D; documentation.
- Product development within cost and timeline.
- Coordination with Production, Regulatory, Purchase, and Sales teams.
- Working over the regular sampling on day to day basis
- Prior minimum 3 years of relevant experience
