Department: Procurement – 3P
Location: Synthite Taste Park, Pancode, Ernakulam
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate 3P production planning and vendor requirements.
Follow up on production, RM/PM availability and timely delivery.
Coordinate with QA, Stores, Planning, Procurement & Logistics.
Monitor 3P orders, stock, quality and vendor performance.
Maintain SAP/ERP entries, trackers and reports.
Identify delays/issues and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and visit vendor locations when required.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in Engineering / BBA / B.Com
3–4 years’ experience in procurement, manufacturing or vendor management.
FMCG/Food industry experience preferred.
SAP/ERP & MS Excel knowledge required.
Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
