Role Description The SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PR & CLIENT SERVICING role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves managing day-to-day PR activities, including drafting press releases, briefing notes, and other communication materials, and coordinating with media to secure coverage and build strong relationships.

The Senior

Executive will handle client servicing responsibilities such as understanding client objectives, preparing proposals and plans, managing approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and reports. The position includes monitoring media, tracking campaign performance, providing insights,



and supporting crisis communication needs. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align communication strategies with client expectations and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, including experience engaging with journalists and media outlets.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Writing and Press Releases, with the ability to create clear, impactful, and accurate communication materials.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients, media, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess 2–3 years of experience in PR, client servicing, or related communication roles, preferably in an agency or integrated communications setting.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with media monitoring tools, MS Office or similar productivity software, and basic presentation skills.
- Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, and a client-focused approach.
