Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Ad Sales professional to drive advertising revenue across the Chittorgarh market. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with advertising agencies, corporate clients, and key decision-makers, while identifying new business opportunities and driving high-value advertising deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive print advertising revenue across Chittorgarh.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertising agencies, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across Chittorgarh.
- Build strategic partnerships with local and regional advertisers and agencies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value advertising deals.
- Develop customized advertising solutions based on client requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging advertising opportunities in the region.
- Ensure strong client servicing and long-term business relationships.
- Coordinate with internal editorial, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS, and revenue reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- 4–8 years of experience in Media Ad Sales / Corporate Sales.
- Strong experience in Print Media Sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the Chittorgarh advertising market.
- Strong existing relationships with local advertising agencies and corporate clients.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing high-value deals.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of media planning, advertising budgets, and client requirements.
- Radio/other media sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
