Age Bracket: 25- 30 years

Job Purpose

Provide prompt reports and various cuts from LMS Admin in terms of Onboarding Journey, refresher program, skill-based interventions, and on-the-job learning via Coaching forms to Training Mangers and Zonal Training Managers so that they may identify Need Gaps and Performance of the BU. Also, to provide actionable insights that not only improve user engagement,

course effectiveness, and overall satisfaction but also inform marketing strategies and identify necessary training interventions.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Data Analysis & Tools:



Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

LMS Proficiency: Familiar with platforms like Mindtickle/ Percipio/ quizzezz etc.

Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to interpret data effectively.
