Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in accounting, GST, TDS, TCS, and experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling accounts receivable and payable, preparing MIS reports, and communicating effectively with directors.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting and GST Handling:

- Manage and resolve GST-related issues.
- Reconcile GST, TDS, and TCS ledgers accurately.

2. E-Commerce Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations for clients.
- Ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of issues.

3. Accounts Receivable and Payable:
- Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
- Conduct timely follow-ups for accounts receivable and payable.
- Prepare outstanding summary reconciliations.
- Follow up with debtors for payment collection.

4. Financial Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports to directors.




- Communicate effectively with directors regarding financial performance and issues.

5. Reconciliation and Fund Planning:
- Reconcile outstanding summaries.
- Plan and manage funds to ensure optimal payable management.

Qualifications:

- B.com/MBA graduate with min 3 years of experience in accounting and handling GST issues.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Experience in e-commerce operations.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and payable reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and report preparation skills.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and operations.
- Familiarity with financial software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
