Responsibilities:

- Inspection and testing of agricultural machines and implements before dispatch.

- Conduct functional and performance testing as per defined standards.

- Check machine assembly, fitment, alignment, finishing, and overall quality.

- Prepare and maintain PDI check sheets, inspection reports, and quality records.

- Prepare and update inspection check sheets based on product requirements.

- Ensure compliance with SOP, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagram (PFD).

- Handle quality issues through CAPA and 8D problem-solving.

- Identify PDI defects and coordinate with Production/Assembly teams for corrective action and rework.

- Check powder coating quality, identify coating defects, and coordinate rework.

- Good knowledge of agricultural implements and their functioning.

- Perform final inspection and ensure machines meet customer/company specifications before dispatch.





- Maintain records of recurring defects and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Assembly, R&D;, and Quality teams to resolve PDI issues.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of agricultural machinery/implements.

- Strong understanding of machine functioning and operational testing.

- Knowledge of CAPA, 8D, SOP, Control Plan, and PFD.

- Knowledge of powder coating defects and rework.

- Good inspection, documentation, and reporting skills.

- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related engineering field.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
