We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical project execution across multiple contract sites in West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with engineers and labour contractors, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely execution of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor electrical work across various project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers regarding project execution, requirements, and progress.
- Supervise labour contractors and ensure daily work is carried out as planned.
- Monitor manpower, site activities, work quality, and project timelines.
- Prepare detailed daily/weekly work progress reports.
- Prepare weekly execution plans and coordinate with site teams for timely completion.
- Visit different project sites regularly and resolve execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and concerned government authorities as required.
- Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and timelines.




- Maintain proper documentation and provide regular updates to management.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical project/site supervision.
- Must have experience supervising Government projects.
- Experience working with government departments/projects such as Railways, Airports, PWD, etc. will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical project execution and site supervision.
- Strong contractor and manpower handling skills.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Should be willing to travel regularly across West Bengal for project/site visits.
- Candidates who can join within 1 month will be preferred.
