- Develop and implement electrical design requirements specific to pharmaceutical projects, ensuring compliance with GMP, cleanroom standards, and international guidelines.
- Prepare and present concept designs, load assessments, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) tailored to pharmaceutical environments.
- HT/LT Distribution Schemes
- Substation equipment layouts
- HT/LT cable routing
- Power factor correction panels
- Perform equipment sizing calculations for Transformers, DG sets, UPS, and conduct cable sizing and voltage drop calculations.
- Prepare detailed cable schedules and design internal/external lighting with lux level calculations.
- Coordinate electrical design with interdisciplinary teams: Civil, HVAC, Piping, Process, and Project Management.
- Compile and manage HT, LT, and LV BOQs for project cost estimation and budgeting.
- Oversee project planning and preparation phases for all electrical activities.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety and design standards (NFPA, CE, etc.).
- Utilize AutoCAD proficiently for layout and schematic design.
- Coordinate and lead engineering design team activities and maintain effective communication with clients and vendors.
- Assemble and verify electrical panels using wire lists, wiring diagrams, and schematics compliant with NFPA and CE standards.
Qualification : Diploma-Mechanical, BE.(Mechanical) Experience: Require 3-6 years experience as an Electrical Design Engineer within Pharmaceutical Background
