Role overview: Own and support a large, live portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) integrations connecting to multiple downstream and upstream state/enterprise systems. The role requires strong technical depth in CPI, comfort working with sensitive HR data (driver's license records, biographical data, personnel/position data), and the ability to independently troubleshoot, enhance, and build new interfaces within an established integration landscape. Should help out on the CR LOE, impact analysis cross module impact analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Design, build, test, and support SAP CPI integration flows connecting SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP Finance, HR/agency systems, SharePoint, and reporting layers (HANA views).

? Maintain and enhance a portfolio of 20+ live EC integrations, including inbound, outbound, and bi-directional interfaces.

? Troubleshoot production issues across adapters (SFTP, SOAP, HTTP(S), OData, IDoc) and resolve them within SLA.

? Handle change requests:



impact analysis, effort estimation, mapping changes, and regression testing across dependent interfaces.

? Ensure secure handling of sensitive personnel data (e.g., driver's license, biographical information) in line with data privacy and security standards.

? Collaborate with HR functional teams, downstream system owners (e.g., agency IT teams), and business stakeholders to translate requirements into integration design.

? Support new-hire and end-of-employment data flows, position management, and classification/eligibility integrations tied to HR business processes.

? Document integration design, maintain mapping specifications, and contribute to knowledge transfer for the team.

? Participate in release/refresh cycles, cutover planning, and hyper care support for recent or changed interfaces.
