Key Requirements: Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience in DFT. Technical Expertise:

Robust proficiency in DFT architecture, Scan Insertion, Scan Compression (EDT), ATPG (Stuck-at, At-speed), MBIST, and JTAG. Tool Exposure:

Hands-on experience with tools such as Mentor Tessent (TestKompress/FastScan) or Synopsys (TetraMax). Problem Solving:

Proven ability in coverage analysis, DFT DRC clean-up, and timing/zero-delay simulations. Availability:

Looking for candidates with a notice period of 30–45 days.
