We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering/DevOps team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, DevSecOps, monitoring, and production support.

The candidate will work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve software delivery processes, automate deployments, enhance system reliability, and build scalable and secure infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated software build, testing, and deployment.
- Automate application builds, testing, security checks, releases, and deployments.
- Implement reliable deployment and rollback strategies, including Rolling, Blue/Green, and Canary deployments.
- Manage development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Establish and maintain effective Git branching and release management strategies.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads, including services, deployments, ingress, configuration, secrets, and networking.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep/ARM, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Groovy, or similar scripting languages.
- Integrate security practices into CI/CD and infrastructure workflows.
- Implement code quality, dependency, container, and vulnerability scanning.
- Monitor applications, infrastructure, cloud environments, and deployment pipelines.
- Configure and manage logging, metrics, alerting, APM, and distributed tracing solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Participate in production incident management and perform root-cause analysis (RCA).




- Implement preventive measures to reduce recurring incidents and improve system reliability.
- Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve the overall software delivery lifecycle.
- Mentor team members and contribute to improving DevOps and engineering practices.

Skills & Experience

- 5-8+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of Git, cloud infrastructure, automation, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool, preferably Terraform.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Groovy, or similar.
- Experience working with production environments and troubleshooting real-world infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Good understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, vulnerability management, and secrets management.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
- Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Experience with cloud cost optimization.
