We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations who understands what it takes to successfully deliver ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and enterprise technology projects.

This is not only a project management position.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of delivery, people, customers, timelines, quality, resource planning, internal processes, and the overall operational discipline required to run multiple technology projects successfully.

The ideal candidate should have spent a significant part of their career working within the ERP, CRM, BI, enterprise applications, software consulting, or digital transformation industry and should be comfortable managing both people and projects.

What you will be responsible for

You will take ownership of day-to-day delivery and operational management across multiple customer engagements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing multiple ERP, CRM, BI, integration, application development, and related technology projects.
- Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, timelines, resource utilization, quality, and customer commitments.
- Working closely with Project Managers, Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Developers, BI professionals, and Support teams.
- Reviewing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and delivery progress.
- Identifying delivery risks early and ensuring appropriate corrective action is taken.
- Maintaining visibility across ongoing projects rather than depending only on individual project updates.
- Ensuring projects remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, effort estimates, and commercial expectations.
- Managing resource allocation across projects based on skills, availability, priority, and delivery commitments.




- Monitoring team capacity, utilization, productivity, and future resource requirements.
- Establishing and improving project management and operational processes across the organization.
- Conducting regular project and operational reviews with internal teams.
- Supporting teams in resolving delivery challenges, customer escalations, dependency issues, and project bottlenecks.
- Maintaining professional and transparent communication with customers, particularly during critical project situations.
- Ensuring proper documentation, project governance, reporting, change management, and delivery controls are followed.
- Working closely with management on operational planning, hiring requirements, delivery capacity, and business growth.
- Supporting pre-sales and solution teams where delivery planning, effort estimation, resource planning, or implementation strategy requires operational input.
- Reviewing project profitability, planned versus actual efforts, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency.
- Building accountability within the team without creating unnecessary operational complexity.
- Mentoring Project Managers and delivery leaders and helping them become more independent in managing their respective engagements.
- Creating a delivery environment where customers, teams, and management have clear visibility of project status and responsibilities.





Experience we are looking for The role requires 10+ years of professional experience, preferably within organizations delivering ERP, CRM, BI, enterprise software, or business technology solutions.

We would particularly like to speak with candidates who have:

- 10+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, BI, enterprise applications, IT consulting, software services, or a closely related industry.
- Strong experience in Project Management and Delivery Management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of functional, technical, development, consulting, BI, QA, and support professionals.
- Robust understanding of the complete project lifecycle — discovery, planning, implementation, customization, integration, testing, training, go-live, support, and change requests.
- Experience handling customer escalations and complex project situations.
- Strong understanding of resource planning and utilization.
- Experience working with project budgets, effort estimates, project profitability, and delivery commitments.
- Experience establishing or improving operational and project management processes.
- Experience interacting directly with senior customer stakeholders and business owners.

Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, CRM platforms, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar enterprise technologies will be valuable.

Candidates do not need to be technical developers, but they should understand enterprise solution delivery well enough to communicate confidently with functional and technical teams and customers.
