About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Design Engineer with 7 to 15 years of expertise in the industrial valve and flow control manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end product design, development, and engineering validation for various industrial valves (such as Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves, Gate, Globe, Check, and Butterfly valves) in strict compliance with international design standards (API, ASME, ASTM, DIN/EN).

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Design & Development: Lead the design and 3D/2D modeling of industrial valves using CAD tools (e.g., Solidworks, Creo, AutoCAD).
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with international codes and standards (ASME Section VIII, API 6D, API 608, etc.) and customer-specific technical requirements.
- Engineering Calculations: Perform critical design calculations including pressure-temperature ratings, wall thickness, flow coefficients ($C_v$), pressure drop, operating torque, and structural stress analysis.




- Order & Custom Engineering: Handle custom engineering requests, review client specifications, and generate detailed Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly procedures, and manufacturing drawings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with production, quality, procurement, and testing departments to resolve shop-floor bottlenecks, design challenges, and prototype assembly issues.
