About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and work on impactful data-driven problem statements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data science, statistical modeling, and machine learning frameworks, along with strong domain knowledge in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking . This is an IC4 individual contributor role that requires both technical depth and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform exploratory data analysis, build and optimize classification/regression models, and create visualizations.
- Work with numeric, imaging, and textual data for wrangling and insights.
- Apply statistical analysis, modeling techniques, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for data science solutions and ML services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



proactively learn new technologies, and adapt to evolving data science methodologies.
- Mentor junior members and contribute to the team’s knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science .
- 3+ years in exploratory data analysis, visualization, classification/regression algorithms, and statistical modeling.
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) with solid understanding of OOPS concepts.
- 2+ years of domain experience in Healthcare, Finance, or Banking .
- 2+ years working with ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, Keras, etc.) and cloud platforms.
- 3+ years handling numeric, imaging, and textual data wrangling.
- 1+ year mentoring junior team members.

Positive to Have

- Experience with MLOps and DevSecOps practices.
