- We are looking for Data Scientist to design, build and deploy scalable data and AI solutions that support the transformation of Real Time Content Operations.
- This role combines data science, data engineering and automation, with a strong focus on building reliable ETL pipelines, data models and AI-enabled workflows using the MSFT technology ecosystem. You will work closely with business, product, engineering and operations teams to deliver production-ready solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, scalability and client outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Designing, developing and maintaining scalable ETL and data integration pipelines to support data acquisition, transformation and delivery.
- Building and deploying AI, machine learning and automation solutions that improve operational processes and data quality.
- Developing solutions using MSFT technologies, including MSFT Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Services, Power Platform and related Azure services.
- Designing and implementing data models, transformation logic and quality controls across multiple datasets and systems.
- Leading the delivery of data science initiatives from concept through production implementation.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to establish robust,



scalable and maintainable production environments.
- Driving improvements in data governance, lineage, monitoring and operational resilience.
- Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
- Integrating data from multiple sources through APIs, databases and enterprise applications.
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to content operations team.
- Supporting the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI, automation and Microsoft platform capabilities.
- Producing documentation, technical designs and implementation standards.
- Communicating technical solutions and business impact to senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

- Experience developing ETL processes, data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Advanced Python programming skills for data engineering, analytics and automation.
- Robust SQL skills and experience designing data models and transformation workflows.
- Experience with MSFT Azure data and AI services, including:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure AI Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure SQL
- Power BI
- Power Automate
- Copilot Studio
- Experience designing and optimising large-scale data processing solutions.
- Knowledge of data quality controls,



monitoring frameworks and operational reporting.
- Experience deploying AI and automation solutions into production environments.
- Strong understanding of API integration, structured and unstructured data processing, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience working within MSFT-centric cloud environments and modern data platforms.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and support less experienced team members.
- Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes rather than experimental or academic research.
- Experience working across business, product and engineering functions would be an advantage

Qualifications

- Experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering or a related field.
- Experience delivering scalable data, automation or AI solutions in production environments.
- Demonstrated success applying data science, automation and data engineering capabilities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
- Experience working with MSFT Fabric, Azure and Power Platform solutions is strongly preferred.
